- £13.30ph weekdays
- £14.60ph weekends
- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- PAID Mileage - 45p per mile

We also welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants. Experienced individuals earn £14.05ph to £15.10ph.

As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, you will be visiting clients in their own homes, promoting their independence. You will provide 1:1 care and support in the following areas of daily life:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal support
- Household support
- Companionship

As a Care Assistant, it’s important that you can:
- Comply with Vitale policies and procedures
- Complete comprehensive and accurate records (eMAR or Visit Logs)
- Agree and work within your agreed availability
- Report any significant changes to our clients health or circumstance or any risks, welfare or safeguarding concerns
- Attend mandatory training, one-to-one supervisions and meetings where required
- Understand the role of the CQC and the guidance it sets out
- Promote good practices and report poor practices or concerns
Essential qualifications & experience:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a reliable car that you can use for work
- The right to work in the UK and living locally to the area.
