£13.30ph weekdays
£14.60ph weekends
Enhanced bank holiday rates
PAID Mileage - 45p per mile
Guaranteed hours contracts available

We also welcome applications from experienced Care Assistants. Experienced individuals earn £14.05ph to £15.10ph.

As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, you will be visiting clients in their own homes, promoting their independence. You will provide 1:1 care and support in the following areas of daily life:

Personal care
Medication support
Meal support
Household support
Companionship

As a Care Assistant, it’s important that you can:

Comply with Vitale policies and procedures
Complete comprehensive and accurate records (eMAR or Visit Logs)
Agree and work within your agreed availability
Report any significant changes to our clients health or circumstance or any risks, welfare or safeguarding concerns
Attend mandatory training, one-to-one supervisions and meetings where required
Understand the role of the CQC and the guidance it sets out
Promote good practices and report poor practices or concerns

Essential qualifications & experience:

Full UK Driving Licence
Access to a reliable car that you can use for work
The right to work in the UK and living locally to the area.
