We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead a 16+ residential care service based in Ilford, Essex. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for residents aged 16+.
Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
Lead on safeguarding, care planning, and the delivery of person-centred support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens or 16+ care setting.
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and proven experience in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one).
