An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Team on a full time basis. Newham University Hospital’s Critical Care Unit is a 12 bedded state of the art Intensive Care unit.
If you are committed to contributing to a team delivering an excellent Critical Care service, and serious about pursuing a career within critical care, you will find this a very rewarding job. You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated multidisciplinary team.
You will need to have at least six months acute hospital experience in UK since qualifying.

You will have an excellent induction and orientation programme to ensure you have all the skills necessary to care for the critically ill patient.
- You will be responsible for the day to day management of your own patients ensuring they receive a high standard of patient care and will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure services are delivered in a timely efficient manner with patient safety being at the heart of all we do.
- The post holder will provide direct care to critically ill patients under the supervision of senior colleagues whilst acquiring and developing the specialist skills and knowledge to meet the needs of this patient group.
