At Randolph Hill, we have enjoyed an enviable reputation for quality care provision for the elderly since 1985.
We have an exceptionally low staff turnover and indeed many of our staff have been with our homes since they opened. We are committed to quality and are always looking for like-minded people who may wish to progress their career with us. We are large enough to be able to provide support to our team, such as a supportive management structure, detailed policies and procedures and regular and comprehensive training, whilst small enough to avoid becoming overly bureaucratic and make decisions to fit every circumstance. With only 6 Nursing homes every home is well supported from a clinical perspective with a Director of Nursing, Care Standards Manager and Group Nursing Manager. As a result we enjoy very positive Care Inspectorate gradings across the Group.
