We are looking for a driven and experienced registered manager for our new supported living site in Manchester, supporting adults with various needs, including complex mental health conditions, neurodevelopmental conditions and behaviours that challenge.

You will ensure the services are well run and will promote positive outcomes for the individuals we support. You will ensure the services are fully compliant regarding health and safety management and statutory obligations. You will be supported with recruitment, ongoing training, development and performance needs of your staff. Experience

Required:

Previous senior management role experience of at least 4 years.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
Registered Manager.
Excellent knowledge of PBS, safeguarding and mental capacity.
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop a team.
Experience in a Supported Living or Residential service.
Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, neurodevelopmental conditions, complex mental health conditions, as well as behaviours that challenge.
Be willing to undertake further training or development.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.

The Perks:

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year
