About Us
At Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, there are over 4,000 of us working together to make a difference. We are the lead organisation for mental health, learning disability and autism, and integrated children’s services in Coventry and Warwickshire, and have services in neighbouring Solihull.
We have opportunities across a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical settings and operate out of approximately 50 sites. This includes providing inpatient, community, and day clinics, as well as specialist services, to a population of about 1 million. On average, we see around 5,000 patients every day.
We put ‘people at our heart’; this ethos is at the centre of everything we do and how we do it. We care for our colleagues as much as they care for others and offer a wide range of benefits and development opportunities.
We’re always on the lookout for people who share our passion for improving the lives and wellbeing of people in our community, as well as our values of compassion, collaboration, excellence, integrity and respect.
We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment, where all our staff are given the tools and support to reach their full potential. Anyone is welcome to apply for a job with us, and we will never discriminate based on race, disability, beliefs, sexual orientation, or any other aspect of identity.
